Professional Certificate in Affordable Housing Design
Habitavit now offers a training course for firms, architects, and designers interested in growing their practice to include affordable housing design. This 16-week program combines lecture sessions with a simulated LIHTC application cycle to familiarize design teams with the particular requirements and deliverables needed to support funding applications for subsidized housing.
